Our client — a high-growth SaaS platform company — is looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Consultant to configure and customize ITSM/HRSD modules, integrations, and catalog workflows. Hybrid onsite engagement.
What you'll do
- Configure and customize ITSM/HRSD modules, integrations, and catalog workflows
- Collaborate with product, QA, and platform teams in an Agile environment
- Write clean, tested, production-ready code and participate in code reviews
- Contribute to design reviews, estimates, and technical documentation
What you'll bring
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong hands-on skills with
ServiceNow,JavaScript,ITSM,Flow Designer,IntegrationHub - Excellent communication — you'll work directly with client stakeholders
- Ability to start within 2–3 weeks
