Experience required: 6-15 Years We are seeking a Senior Python Engineer to build backend services, APIs, automation solutions, and data processing applications supporting a large-scale aviation software ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop backend services using Python
Build and maintain REST APIs
Implement scalable and maintainable software solutions
Develop automated tests and support code quality initiatives
Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews
Support data processing and analytics initiatives
Work within Agile/Scrum teams and sprint cycles
Contribute to CI/CD and software delivery processes
Required Qualifications
Strong Python 3 development experience
Solid understanding of object-oriented design and software engineering principles
Experience building REST APIs and backend services
Experience with pytest and automated testing
Strong knowledge of code reviews, version control, and software quality practices
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS cloud services
Knowledge of containers and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with asyncio and asynchronous programming
Exposure to data engineering or analytics projects
